1. What we collect
Your account details (email, name, country, industry, language), the consents you gave at sign-up with their timestamps, the business figures you enter (costs, prices, volumes and similar), and basic usage counts (for example, how many AI consultations your plan has used this month).
2. Why we collect it
To run the service for you — calculations, reports, allowances — and, with the consent you gave at sign-up, to improve the product through diagnostics and aggregated analysis. We do not sell your data, and we do not send your figures to anyone except the service providers listed below.
3. Where your data lives
Your data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union), encrypted in transit and at rest. The website runs on Vercel. Payments are processed by Paddle — card details go directly to Paddle and never reach our servers. Emails (such as contact-form messages) are delivered by Resend.
4. The AI advisor
When you request an AI consultation or market search, the relevant figures for that item are sent to Anthropic (the maker of the Claude AI models) to produce the answer. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through their API is not used to train their models.
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
6. Your rights
You can export all of your data and you can delete your account completely, at any time — contact us through the Contact page and we will carry it out. You can also withdraw the diagnostics consent without deleting your account.
7. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it and material updates are announced on the site. Questions about your data are always welcome through the Contact page or on Instagram at @rightpricelab.
