1. Who we are
Right Price Lab (www.rightpricelab.com) is operated by Al-Yousifi Economic Consultancy, Kuwait. You can reach us any time through the Contact page or on Instagram at @rightpricelab. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service — currently in beta
Right Price Lab helps small businesses set prices: an exact calculation engine, an AI pricing advisor, market search, reports and quotes. The service is currently offered as a public beta: features may change, and occasional interruptions or imperfections are part of this stage. We announce significant changes on the site.
3. Your account
You need an account for every tier, including the free one. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password safe, and use one account per person or business. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Guidance, not advice
Right Price Lab provides decision support for pricing. Its output — including calculator results, AI consultations and market-search findings — is guidance only and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for the prices you set and the business decisions you take.
5. Plans, billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed as monthly subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record — Paddle handles the checkout, applicable taxes, invoices and card data; we never see your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Plan prices and allowances are shown on the Plans page; if we change them, existing subscribers are notified before their next renewal.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full. Refund requests go through the Contact page or through the link in your Paddle receipt. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
7. The book offer
Buyers of the printed book "The Right Price" can redeem a period of the Pro plan for free by verifying their purchase (order number and a question about the book). One redemption per purchase and one per account; the offer's length is shown at redemption time. Fraudulent redemption attempts may lead to account suspension.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping or bulk-extracting its content, no reselling access, and no reverse-engineering of the calculation engine or the AI advisor. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
9. Intellectual property
All methodology, content, branding and generated report formats are the property of Al-Yousifi Economic Consultancy. The figures you enter, and the reports generated from them for your business, are yours.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is", especially during the beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above always shows the current version; material changes are announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
