Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your paid plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made after that. Your account and your data remain yours — cancelling simply returns you to the free tier.
The 14-day money-back promise
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions beyond what helps us improve. This applies once per customer, to the first payment of their first paid subscription.
Renewals and later payments
Renewal payments after the first are generally not refundable, since you can cancel at any time before a renewal. If something went wrong on our side — a double charge, a service failure — contact us and we will put it right.
How to request a refund
Send us a message through the Contact page, or use the link in the receipt email from Paddle (our payment provider and merchant of record — they process the refund back to your original payment method). Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
